Partner organizations celebrate International Corporate Philanthropy Day.

On February 22, 2010, partner organizations of CECP around the world celebrated ICPD with media outreach, communications to their members, events, and more. A sampling of these activities are listed below. 

  • The Slovak Donors' Forum held a special breakfast with CEOs and the media in connection and highlighted the events of ICPD in their newsletter.
  • Comunitas, in Brazil, sent a message to their members, who mobilized with their own announcements and events around ICPD. For example, Instituto Camargo Corrêa launched the Day of Doing Good 2010. Read more.
  • Admical, in France, sent a special message to their members and will include an article on ICPD their organization magazine next month.
  • The Entrepreneurs Foundation sent a message to all members and announced a 2010 Global Health Initiative: a new campaign to raise awareness and inspire action around health issues that transcend national borders, class, race, and ethnicity.
  • The Case Foundation featured a special blog post from CECP Executive Director Charles Moore, titled "International Corporate Philanthropy Day 2010: How are sectors problem-solving to meet social challenges?"
